I've Placed an Order. Now What?

To track your order please use our new Tracking System (beta).

Note: The system is still experimental. You can always contact us for enquiries about orders.

After placing an order, you can track its status any time:

NOTE: If you checked out as a guest, you won't be able to view your order history!

  1. Log in to the website by clicking Login above (or click here).
  2. You will be automatically forwarded to the MY ACCOUNT page. Under "My Orders" click "View your order history" or use this link: My Order History.
  3. You will see your order history. Here's an explanation of what each status means:

    Status Means...
    Pending Your order was saved successfully in the system, but we haven't gotten to it yet.
    Complete Payment has been confirmed.
    Processing We confirmed your order and payment and are now processing it. This can take up to 2 days but usually you will see this status within 12 hours.
    Shipped Your package has been shipped !
What's next?
  • If you are in Europe, you should receive your package within 7-10 days.
  • If you are anywhere else in the world (including the US), you will normally receive your package within 12-17 days.

Every order is shipped by Registered Mail and is handled by your country's postal service. Usually at least one delivery attempt is made (at your address). If you are not at home at the time to receive the package, they usually send it back to your local post office, and a note is slipped under your door with instructions on where you can get the package.

 

Still no package?

  1. Don't panic! There are sometimes postal delays due to holidays, customs, etc.

    Each package we send has a unique Tracking Number, which enables us to trace the delivery status.

    If you don't get your package after 2-3 weeks, feel free to e-mail us to receive your parcel's tracking number.

    In several countries the postal service offers an online tracking service (in the US, for example, via USPS Website Track & Confirm), so you can simply enter your package's tracking number and see where it's currently at.

    In addition, if you think that you've somehow missed your delivery note, you can always just go to your local post office and show them this number.
