Return unwanted products
You have 7 days from the item's arrival to contact us for a return. You must confirm with us before shipping any products.
Note that Items can only be returned if they are in their original condition, and unopened. If we receive a damaged or opened item, we will not be able to refund you for it, and to receive it again you will have to pay for shipping again.
Items MUST be shipped by Registered Mail (with tracking number) to:
Please send us the tracking number for the package by email (email@example.com) once you've shipped it.
Once we receive the items we will refund you for them (minus the shipping fee in case of cancelled orders).
Note: This procedure applies also when replacing wrong products etc.
